Winifred Gbomita

Winifred is one of the nurse practitioners caring for students at Student Health and Counseling. Winifred immigrated to the United States from her childhood home of Nigeria to begin her undergraduate studies. She attended Rowan University to earn her Bachelor of Science in nursing. After this, Winifred went on to earn a Master of Science in nursing from LaSalle University. In her career as a nurse practitioner, Winifred specializes in primary care, gynecology, and travel medicine. 

Outside of work, Winifred likes to find time to relax through hobbies like reading, listening to music or podcasts, and spending time with her family.
