Tianhong "Jojo" is a college mental health professional who is dedicated to working with students visiting Student Health and Counseling. Jojo graduated from the University of Louisville with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and from the University of Pennsylvania with an M.Phil in Professional Counseling. She has specialized training and working experience in providing psychotherapy for a diverse college student population as a bilingual psychologist (Mandarin Chinese and English) in university counseling settings. 

Cultural humility and social justice values are at the foundation of her clinical work. Built upon this foundation, she utilizes an integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and interpersonal approaches to help clients deal with difficult experiences and build more flexible narratives of their life moments.

Outside of work, Jojo loves to cook, play the Sims, and go hiking and kayaking.
